Day 10...
Sculpt 1-2 was pretty good today, I am finally starting to do my pushups properly, and the chari dips don't destroy me anymore. We had a really sweet thunderstorm today, and luckily, I did not get caught in the rain. Half the week is done :) Is it the weekend yet??
What I had to eat today:
Breakfast : Protein Shake (5 pts)
Lunch: Wacky Teryaki (6.5 points)
Snack: Granola Bar (3 pts)
Dinner: Breaded Chicken Breast, 100 grams of fries ( 5 pts) .
