Day 37 ...
My mouth. My mouth. My mouth is on fire... I had this awesome channa (chickpea) and basmati rice curry for dinner, and I think I seared the inside of my mouth. It was darned tasty, but it did a number on my stomach. My cardio workout went well yesterday, and I'm chugging along, full speed ahead!!
What I had to eat:
Breakfast: Protein Shake (5 pts)
Lunch: Beef Ravioli (7 pts)
Dinner: Basmati Rice and Channa (9 pts)
Total: 21 points.
