Day 29... second day of Power 90 3-4.

Wow. I forgot how challenging Power 90 3-4 was. I completely felt like I got my ass kicked during the cardio workout, and I felt super stretched out after this morning's Sculpt workout. I had to pause it during the workout this morning, as I had a moment where I thought I was going to blow chunks all over the TV. Not a pretty picture. I was able to restart the workout, and finished it off in time to not have to rush crazily to get out the door for work.


What I ate today:

Breakfast: Protein Shake (5 pts)
Lunch: Gooey cheese lasagna (11 pts)
Dinner: Jugo Juice (between 4 and 6 pts)
Total: 20-22
