Day 30.. One third of the way done!!! YAY!!!!!!

I've made it to the 1/3 mark, and haven't given up yet. I'm very proud of myself for not throwing in the towel, cause let's face it, there have been mornings that I've wanted to crawl back into bed, and nights that I've wanted to scarf down an entire bag of potato chips, but I haven't done either.


My cardio workout was awesome this am, I worked up such a sweat!!! As well, I had to pause it during the TH 200 Ab routine. I couldn't keep up with the kids. Hopefully I can soon!

What I had to eat:

Breakfast: Protein Shake (5 pts)

Lunch : Turkey Sub (5 pts), granola bar (3 pts)

Dinner: Ultimate Chicken Grill from Wendy's(7 pts)

Total : 20 pts
