Day 28....
We're moving up to Power 90 3-4 today. I'm a little appreshensive about this, but it was an inevitable switch. I guess that my main worry is that I will get bored of the routine. As well, I can't he;p but compare this edition of doing Power 90 to past rounds. I'm almost 1/3 done and I thikn that I'm already starting to see some difference in a definition perspective.
What I had to eat:
Breakfast: Bagel and cream cheese (7 pts)
Lunch: Turkey Sub (5 pts)
Snack: None
Dinner: Chicken Stirfy with veggies (6 pts)
Points Total: 18 (under)
