Day 31.... first day of the second month of Power 90... happily chugging along..

I had a moment or two of upset tummy during my workout, but I pushed myself through it. It was raining in the morning as I was working out, and I was really stuffed up, and that was kind of distracting. I hope to be able to do decline pushups next week.. I have been able to progress to "man" pushups though.. some small victories!! :)

What I had to eat :

Breakfast: Protein Shake (5 pts)
Lunch: Turkey Sub (5 pts), chili (4 pts)
Dinner: Tuna Sandwich (7 pts)

Total: 21 pts.
