Day 52...

Back on regular schedule!!! YAY!! I've never been so glad to start work at 8:30 in my life. I was still pretty tired when I woke up this am, and took every fibre of my being to do my workout, regardless of what my bonehead husband thinks. I might just drop the elbow on him when he is sleeping ;)


What I had to eat:
Breakfast: Protein Shake (5 pts)
Snack: Applesauce (1 pt)
Lunch: Chicken Stirfry (6 pts)
Snack: Raisins (2 pts), V8 (1.5 pts)
Dinner: Jugo Juice (6 pts)
Total: 21.5 pts.
