Day 53...
Terrific Thursday. I'm trying a new thing while I'm working out... when I do ab crunches, I have to say something, like "Smack it" so that I make sure that I breathe enough and slow down enough. Let's see how that goes!!
What I had to eat:
Breakfast: Protein Shake (5 pts)
Snack: Applesauce (1 pt)
Lunch: Beef Ravioli (7 pts)
Snack: Cheese (2 pts), V8 (1.5 pts)
Dinner: Jugo Juice (6 pts)
Total: 22.5 pts.
