Day 80 -- 10 days to go until Power 90 is complete

Uh oh.. slept in this morning (I have an awful habit of turning the alarm clock OFF in the morning), and was late starting my workout this morning. Luckily, it was Sculpt, so I was done my workout shortly after 7 am. The workout went well this morning, and I will probably go up on the elliptical tonight as well.

UPDATE: Spent 40 minutes on the elliptical tonight, and burned off 340 calories!! YEE HA!!



What I had to eat today:

Breakfast: Protein Shake (5 pts)
Snack: Applesauce (1 pt)
Lunch: Chili (7 pts)
Snack: Cheese (2 pts)
Dinner: Tuna Sandwich from Tim Horton's (7 pts)
Total: 22 points
