Day 108.. Day 15 of Turbo Jam
Well, today was the first time trying Turbo Sculpt. This has some familiar moves from other Beachbody programs, like Swimmer's Press, and are just as enjoyable with free weights ;) I was able to use my weights for half of the workout, then I flipped to the "lower impact" edition (weight-free).
What I had to eat:
Breakfast: Protein Shake (5 pts)
Lunch: Mission IMpastable ( 6 pts)
Snack: Raisins (2 pts)
Dinner: Chicken Sub (7 pts)
Total: 20 points
