Day 134 .. Day 42 of Turbo Jam
Well, let's try doing this Cardio Party 1 again.. can I make it through the whole 40 minutes?? Yes, I can!! YAY!! :) Did well this morning, must have just had a "my body hates me" day yesterday... thank goodness that didn't last :)
What I had to eat today:
Breakfast: Protein Shake (5 pts)
Snack: Applesauce (1 pt)
Lunch: Chicken Stir Fry (6 pts)
Snack: Pomegrante Seeds (1 pt)
Dinner: Sushi (6 pts)
Total: 19 pts
