Day 169... Monday means it's back to work, back to workout
Well, it's Monday, and that means that I am back to healthy eating (weight watchers), back to work, and back to working out (this will happen tonight, as I didn't feel that hot this morning).. Cardio Party 1 this evening!
What I had to eat today:
Breakfast: Fruit smoothie (4 pts)
Snack: Applesauce (1 pt)
Lunch: Shephard's Pie (7 pts)
Snack: Applesauce ( 1 pt)
Dinner: Turkey Sub (5 pts)
Total: 18 pts
