Day 289 Rainy Tuesday

Woke up this morning and decided to workout, as I might go to the movies after work tonight. I did TK round 26 today, followed by the Punching Segment for TK round 27... some of the choreography is different, so I will practice this one again tomorrow.

Here's my workout summary... time: 1 hour, 7 minutes, 12 seconds; calories burned: 402, average heart rate: 129 beats per minute


Update to Unpleasant experience for the day: the metallic taste of liquids is almost gone.. YAY!


What I had to eat today:

Breakfast: Rolled Oats and Applesauce (4 pts)
Snack: 2 cups of honeydew (2 pt)
Lunch: Chicken Teryaki (5 pts)
Snack: Carrots and Dip (2 pts)
Dinner: Soup and 2 scrambled eggs (6 pts total)
Total: 19 pts
