Day 11.....

This was the first morning that I had to skip my workout, that led to me needing to work out tonight instead. I could have taken the easy way out, and chosen to have today as my off day, but I didn't want to workout straight from now until next Sunday. So I'm a bit of a princess ;) I can live with that :)

What I ate today:

Breakfast: Protein shake (5 points)
Lunch: wacky Teryaki (6.5 pts)
Snack granola bar ( 3 pts)\
Dinner: roasted chicken sub - 6 inch (7 pts)
