Day 12....

I was woken up early this morning by Rob, so I decided to start my workout almost 30 minutes earlier. I am really trying to concentrate on form with the weights segment, as I am too prone to hunching over when I should be having a straight back. It's a good thing that I did, as I came down with a monstrous migraine less than one hour later (probably a combination of the weather .. everyone's sinuses are crap right now, and cause it's that time of the month. I love hormone changes!!) I ended up going home from work early and having a 4 hour nap.

What I ate today:

Breakfast: Protein Shake (5 pts)
Lunch: Wowey Maui Chicken ( 6 pts)
Snack: Granola Bar (3 pts)
Dinner... none (slept through it)
