Day 13.. weigh in day and cheat day for food.
The result? Down another two pounds!!! YAY!!!! That's 8 pounds in 2 weeks... the equivalent of 8 blocks of butter. Crazy!!! I'm doing really well so far and I am so proud of myself. This will motivate me to keep going, full steam ahead!!
What I ate:
Breakfast: Bagel with light cream cheese: 7 pts.
Lunch: Stirfried chicken, veggies, pineapple, noodles, rice and tortillas (unknown points total)
Dinner: 1 breaded chicken breast (5 pts) and 1 ice cream cone (unknown points).
Number of trips to the bathroom before, during and after Sky High: at least 3.
