Day 22
I had a sweet workout tonight, as I was waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay too tired to work out this morning. I was crazy busy at work as I was the only person from my team in for most of the day, and it felt like the day would never end. I really had to push myself through my workout so I didn't slack off.
Breakfast: Protein Shake (5 pts)
Lunch: Subway Turkey Sub (5 pts), granola bar (3 pts)
Dinner: Tuna sandwich from Tim Horton's (7 pts)
Total: 20 pts.
