Day 20... another successful weigh in!!
I am only down 1.5 pounds, but that is still almost 10 pounds in 3 weeks..... that's a personal best for me, I'm sure!!!
What I had to eat today:
Breakfast: Shake (5 pts)
Lunch: Jugo Juice (6 pts) Berry Binge
Dinner: Spaghetti Factory.. soup and a salad with balsamic vinagrette. YUMMY.
