Day 24.. wacky Wednesday...
My lower back was really tight and sore when I was working out this morning, and the swimmers press was kind of uncomfortable. But, I resisted the temptation to throw in the towel, and I pressed on. My back did feel slightly better when I finished and I'm glad I didn't just give up on myself.
What I had to eat:
Breakfast: Shake (5 pts)
Lunch: Stirfried Chicken with rice and veggies (6 pts)
Snack: Granola bar (3 pts)
Dinner: Chicken sub fro Sunway (7 pts)
Total: 21 pts.
