Day 26.. one day closer to my weigh-in!
It's our month end at work, and we are crazy busy. This has felt like the longest, most draining week. But, even though sometimes I feel like I have the energy level of a three-toed sloth, I have not been slacking on my workout. I am really trying with the push ups, cause I want to get rid of my ham-like arms. Maybe someday :)
What I had to eat today:
Breakfast: Shake (5 pts)
Lunch: Chicken sub from Quizno's (7 pts)
Dinner: will be SUnway Tuna sub (8 pts)
Total: 20 points
