Day 18.... I love cardio ;)
I went to bed last night with an upset stomach (darned Mr. Sub... I think it revolted against my stomach)... I woke up with a bit of a stomachache still, but still did my workout. I did my workout this morning in case I feel worse later, as I definitely won't want to work out later if I feel like I will vomit all over the living room floor.
What I have had to eat today:
Breakfast: Shake (5 pts)
Lunch: Mission Impastable (6.5 points)
Snack: Muesli (3 pts)
Dinner: Chicken Sub from Subway (7 pts)
Total: 21.5
