Day 25...
I will repeat "I do not hate jumping jacks" over and over again. Perhaps then I will be able to get over my intense hatred of jumping jacks. I'm not sure what it is about jumping jacks that makes me see red, but I'm like a bull stomping at the ground when it's time to do my leaping spread-eagle.
What I consumed today :
Breakfast: Protein Shake (5 pts)
Snack: Half of a granola bar (1.5 pts)
Lunch: Chicken Stir Fry and veggies (6 pts)
Dinner : Turkey Sub (5 pts), granola bar (3 pts)
Total: 19.5 pts
