Day 38... Wonderful Wednesday.

I was sleepy this morning and really had to make myself even do my workout this am, but once I got rolling, I was glad that I did. I am trying to improve on form, because right now, it kind of sucks. Rob points it out when we work out together, but sometimes you need to be alerted to it, from a different perspective. Grumble as I may, constructive criticism is good.

Breakfast: Protein Shake (5 pts)
Lunch: Turkey wrap from Subway (4 pts)
Dinner: Sea Bass (baked) : 3 points per serving per http://calorie-counter.net/fish-calories/sea-bass.htm and fries
Snacks: raisins (3 small boxes .. nature's candy) : 2 pts, cheese string (2 pts)
