Day 86-- 4 more days until Power 90 is complete!
This is my last Tuesday of Power 90.
Last Tuesday session of Sweat 3-4 (aka Cardio Hell). I tried to push myself through the crunches, and it felt like the Alien was going to jump out of my abs after the "Bicycle" crunch section.
What I had to eat:
Breakfast: Protein Shake (5 pts)
Snack : Applesauce (1 pt)
Lunch: Wacky Teryaki (6 pts)
Snack: Raisins (2 pts)
Dinner: Crazy Plates Pizza (5 pts)
Total: 20 points.
