Wahoo.. last Wednesday Sculpt workout!!!! (I am getting almost giddy doing my daily Blog entries, in case you hadn't noticed).
What I had to eat:
Breakfast: Protein Shake (5 pts)
Snack : Applesauce (1 pt)
Lunch: Wacky Teryaki (6 pts)
Snack: Raisins (2 pts)
Dinner: Orange Roughy fish fillet (6 pts)
Total: TBA
