Day 109.. Day 16 of Turbo Jam
I did Cardio Party this morning, and sweat what felt like buckets. I had to resist looking at the scale this morning, even though I really wanted to!!!! Oh well, almost at weigh-in day..
What I had to eat:
Breakfast: Protein Shake (5 pts)
Snack: Applesauce (1 pt)
Lunch: Chef Boyardee (7 pts)
Snack: Raisins (2 pts)
Dinner: Jugo Juice (6 pts)
Total: 21 pts
