Day 110.. Day 17 of Turbo Jam
I had 20 minute workout and Ab Jam this morning.... man, is that ab workout a killer!!!! There is a power outage at work today, and I'm "lucky" enough to still have power. Although now, it's flickering... fingers crossed that I can get all my work done today. One more sleep to weigh in!! I can't wait to see how I do!!! I went shopping through my closet and I'm wearing size 11 jeans that are baggy!! :)
What I had to eat:
Breakfast: Protein Shake (5 pts)
Snack: Applesauce (1 pt)
Lunch: Vegetarian Shephard's pie (7 pts)
Snack: Raisins (2 pts)
Dinner: Jugo Juice (6 pts)
Total: 21 points
