Day 135 .. Day 43 of Turbo Jam
We got our new Turbo Jam DVDs yesterday.. 5 workouts on 2 disks. I still had to use both disks this morning though, because I had Turbo Sculpt and Ab Jam. I soooooooooooo did not want to work out this morning, and wanted to curl up in bed for an extra hour, cause it was so dark and cold this morning. But, I got my lazy ass out of bed, and worked out. I feel better for it now ;)
What I had to eat today:
Breakfast: Protein Shake (5 pts)
Snack: Applesauce (1 pt)
Lunch: Chicken Stir Fry (6 pts)
Snack: Applesauce (1 pt)
Dinner: Chicken Stir Fry (6 pts)
Total: 19 points
