Day 136 .. Day 44 of Turbo Jam
I am a bad person as I didn't work out this morning and then proceeded to lie about working out to Rob. I just felt like absolute ass this morning and took my time getting ready for work. I feel lower than a slime right now.
What I had to eat today:
Breakfast: Protein Shake (5 pts)
Snack: Applesauce (1 pt)
Lunch: Beef Chili (7 pts) so yummy!!!!
Snack: Applesauce (1 pt)
Dinner: Fish (4 pts)
Total: 18 pts
