Day 137 .. Day 45 of Turbo Jam

Woke up early with Rob this morning, and then popped in Cardio Party 1. My guilt from skipping my workout yesterday prompted me to really try and kick ass during my workout. Let's hope that this will affect my weekly weigh-in total. Fingers crossed ;)

What I had to eat today:

Breakfast: Protein Shake (5 pts)
Snack: Applesauce (1 pt)
Lunch: Beef Chili (7 pts)
Snack: Pomegranate seeds (1 pt)
Dinner: Jugo Juice (4 pts)
Total: 18 pts
