Day 202... Saturday update
Summary this week... up 1/2 pound from last week.. I've decided to switch up the workout a bit now, and yesterday was my first day doing Power 90 in the morning and Turbo Jam in the evening. This week sucked because I had two late shifts and my energy level was in the basement. One achievement that happened though was, I was able to go a further notch on my belt!!! Up to the third notch comfortably!
