Day 215 Full of cake Friday
Good news, I didn't eat any of the 8 tonnes of cake that magically appeared at work. It was 2 of my coworkers birthdays today, so there was a mountain of cake and sweets at work this afternoon. I was glad that I had a good workout (Cardio Party) in the morning, then had my late shift at work, then came home and did Turbo Jam (sculpt) and cleaned our apartment for 3 hours.
What I had to eat today:
Breakfast: Rolled oats and applesauce (4 pts)
Snack: Applesauce (1 pt)
Lunch: Veggie Lasagna (5 pts)
Snack: Carrots and Dip (2 pts)
Dinner: Butternut squash soup (2 pts), toasted plain bagel (5 pts)
Total: 19 points
