Day 208 Finally Friday!!
Well, it seemed like this week was 20 days long , but it's almost over :) I had to work late shift today, and got to sleep in until 8:30 before working out with Tony Horton and the kids (Cardio Party 3-4) and I made it to the TH 170 ... made it to 17 reps of each ab exercise. Color me impressed with myself!!
What I had to eat today:
Breakfast: Rolled Oats and applesauce (4 pts)
Lunch: 6 inch chicken sub (7 pts)
Snack: Carrots and dip (2 pts) (when everyone else was enjoying snacks from Beer Cart)
Dinner: Turkey sub (5 pts)
Total: 18 points
