Day 206 Wrecked my Brain Wednesday

Had to leave work early with a migraine, but I got to spend some extra time with Robbie... too bad I felt so awful, and couldn't enjoy my time home.

I had worked out in the morning (thank goodness!!!), there was no way that I could work out again at night. I have still not been able to bust through the TH 150 yest, but I'm slowly getting there!!! :)


What I had to eat today:

Breakfast: Rolled Oats and Applesauce (4 pts)
Snack: none
Lunch: Veggie Lasagna (5 pts)
Dinner: 4 crackers (2 pts), 4 Chicken Fingers (4 pts), can of diet gingerale.
Total: 15 points (under, but I was ill, and I could not hold any other food down).
