Day 218 Manic Monday

Man, was I tired this morning. But, I knew that I had to do Sweat 3-4 this am, so I could have the most glorious shower ever (we bought a "rain" showerhead last week). I was kind of smarting doing the TH 180 (10 more than last week.. almost up to the TH 200!!). Too bad it's not even 6 pm and I'm starting to fade again.. have another workout this evening!


What I had to eat today:

Breakfast: Rolled oats and applesauce (4 pts)
Snack: Applesauce (1 pt)
Lunch: Veggie Lasagna (5 pts)
Snack: Carrots and Dip (2 pts)
Dinner: Butternut squash soup (2 pts), half plain bagel (2.5 pts)
Total: 16.5 points
