Day 219 Pain in the arse Tuesday..
Well, I woke up this morning with a pain in my butt... is it possible to get a charliehorse in the ass?? LOL I was glad that I had SCULPT 3-4 this morning, so I didn't have to do jumping jacks on my charliehorsed ass ;)
What I had to eat today:
Breakfast: Rolled oats and applesauce (4 pts)
Snack: Applesauce (1 pt)
Lunch: Pasta (1 cup) and sauce (1/2 cup): (5 pts)
Snack: Carrots and Dip (2 pts)
Dinner: Chicken Fingers and Fries (6 pts)
Total: 18 pts
