Day 220 Wacky Wednesday
I woke up this morning and Rob was still here for my workout, because he had to go to work an hour later than usual. I still have a bit of that muscle pain in my buttock, and doing the jumping jack segment wasn't terribly comfortable, but I stuck it out and didn't slack off :)
What I had to eat today:
Breakfast: Rolled oats and applesauce (4 pts)
Snack: Applesauce (1 pt)
Lunch: Tuna and 1/2 whole wheat pita (4 pts), Soup (2 pts)
Sauce: Carrots (0 pts) and V8 (1 1/2 pts), mandarin oranges (2 pts)
Dinner: Jugo Juice (4 pts)
Total: 17.5 pts
