Day 16... terrific Tuesday!
Today wasn't so bad, I felt pretty good when I woke up, but once I started into punching during the workout, my upper body seemed to lock up. My pecs and armpit muscles were a little tender again, but I will live ;)
Went knitting tonight.. I'm almost done the "eye" pod case!! Can't wait for the finished product.
What I had to eat:
Breakfast : Shake (5 pts)
Lunch: Wowy Maui Chicken (6 pts)
Snack: Granola Bar (3 pts)
Dinner: Chicken Sub from Subway( 7 pts)
Total: 21 pts.
