Day 17: the joys of Sculpt 1-2
Around 6:15, I was awake enough to do my workout this morning. I have to remember to stand in front of the mirror during the weight segment, so I don't start hunching over like the Hunchback of Notre Dame. LOL.
What I had to eat today:
Breakfast: Shake (5 pts)
Snack: Muesli (3 pts)
Lunch: Wacky Dacky Penne (6.5 pts)
Dinner: Mr. Sub small assorted sub (7 pts)
Total: 21.5 pts
