Day 88-- 2 more days until Power 90 is complete..

I have just had my second last day of Cardio 3-4 ;)
(insert sound that child makes while jumping off the swing from 10 feet up in the air... WWHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!! ) Day 90 will be my last cardio workout.

What I had to eat today:

Breakfast: Protein Shake (5 pts)
Snack : Applesauce (1 pt)
Lunch: Wacky Teryaki (6 pts)
Snack: Raisins (2 pts)
Dinner: Tim Horton's Tuna Sandwich (7 pts)
Total: 21 pts
