Day 177... new Prime Minister for Canadians

I slept in this morning, and didn't get to workout this morning. I did Turbo Sculpt this evening, and then had dinner. I felt a little rusty at the workout, because I hadn't done that particular routine in as least a month.

What I had to eat today:

Breakfast: 2 packages of instant oatmeal (4 pts)
Snack: Applesauce (1 pt)
Lunch: Chicken Sub from Subway (7 pts)
Snack: Applesauce (1 pt)
Dinner: Soup (4 pts) and madarin oranges (2 pts)
Total: 19 pts
