Day 174... weigh in day..

Darn measly 3 pounds away from my goal... or maybe I should realize that I ate poorly last weekend, and didn't try as hard as I could this part week in workouts, and didn't have enough water every day. What is that going to make me do? Darn it, it will make me try harder for next week's weigh in, where we are taking pix and measurements.
