Day 180 One day to weigh in and pictures
Wow...I have drunk 5 litres of water so far today... no wonder I slosh as I walk ;) I got up easily this morning and popped in Cardio Party 1 .. I pushed myself, because tomorrow's picture and weigh in day. No pressure, right? ;)
What I had to eat today:
Breakfast: Protein Shake (5 pts)
Snack: Applesauce (1 pt)
Lunch : Wowey Maui Chicken (6 pts)
Snack: 2 Applesauce ( 2 pts)
Dinner: Berry Binge Jugo Juice (4 pts)
Total: 18 pts
