Day 222 Funky Friday

Well, it's finally Firday, and I'm one day away from weigh-in. I had a great workout this morning, Sweat 3-4 from Power 90. I made it to a full 200 ab crunches again today!! I'm very happy with that!! Rob's going to help me put together a new workout program, as I really need to work on my lower body, as it is not as muscular or toned as my upper body. I'm looking forward to next week's workouts!


What I had to eat today:

Breakfast: Rolled oats and applesauce (4 pts)
Snack: Applesauce (1 pt)
Lunch: Veggie Lasagna (5 pts)
Snack: Carrots (0 pts) and juicebox of V8 (1 1/2 pts)
Snack: mandarin oranges (2 pts)
Dinner: Jugo Juice (4 pts)
Total: 17 1/2 pts
