Day 125 .. Day 33 of Turbo Jam

Happy Weigh-in and monthly measuring day to me!

I maintained the same weight as last week, but it was time to do my monthly measurements, and I must say that I am very pleased with the progress that I have made with Turbo Jam in one month :) I can't wait to see my progress next month!!

Check out all of my stats below, and the pics that Robbie took for me, and created the monthly comparisons.

Day 124.. Day 32 of Turbo Jam

One day until weigh-in... pushed myself through Turbo Sculpt and Ab Jam this morning, and have been going non stop today cleaning. I should have put the Heart Rate Monitor on while I was cleaning, because now that I am sitting down, my muscles are asking why I hate them so much ;) Here's to hoping that the scale is rewarding to me tomorrow.. fingers crossed :)

What I had to eat today:

Breakfast: Fibre 1 cereal and milk (4 pts)
Snack: Mandarin Oranges (2 pts)
Lunch: worth every Penne (7 pts)
Dinner: Sushi (6 pts)
Total: 19 points.

Day 123.. Day 31 of Turbo Jam

Two days to go until weigh in day... I ended up waiting longer than intended for lunch today, because I met up with Rob at his work, and then we went to the One of a Kind craft show. We bought 7 of the coolest belt buckles ever: The Fonz, I Dream of Jeannie, Chachi, David Hasselhoff as Knight Rider, Pee Wee Herman, the Beatles, and my personal favorite, Guns 'n' Roses ;) Did a great workout this morning (Cardio Party 1) and will keep cranking it up tomorrow as well.

What I had to eat today:

Breakfast: Fibre 1 cereal and milk (4 pts)
Snack: Mandarin Oranges (2 pts)
Lunch: Chicken Sub from Subway (7 pts)
Dinner: Jugo Juice (4 pts)

Total: 17 points.

Day 122.. Day 30 of Turbo Jam

Here's a little secret.... I had not posted on my blog for 6 days. I could probably do daily posts, but I might forget some of the food I have eaten, and that wouldn't be correct. This last few days have been kind of hectic, including this weekend, where we were in Orangeville all weekend because Rob's dad was having heart problems. I'll try to summarize each day that I have not posted below.

Friday November 25th- Kind of a crazy day for me at work, because we had fewer staff at work, due to the American Thanksgiving holiday. I was able to catch up and clean up a lot of work because I was going to be off for the whole following week for vacation time. I also had to go help buy alcohol and food, because it was my department's turn to run Beer Cart (every 4 pm at my work, there is a Beer Cart with snacks, pop and alcohol available). I also had to help set up the tables and food too, and boy, was I ever tempted!!! But I kept repeating like a mantra in my head "you weigh in tomorrow, do not touch those cookies!!" ;)

Saturday November 26th- Official weigh-in day today.... magic number this week is 149.5 , and Robbie did a random measurement for me as well.... waist at bellybutton... 28 inches!! :) Let the cheating begin... I had Jugo Juice for breakfast, then I had an Egg Salad Sandwich on Multigrain bread for lunch, and Fish and Chips (deep fried), spinach and warm pita crisps for dinner and butter tarts for dessert. Talk about a bender!!! I call it "Stress eating" because we spent most of Saturday at the Orangeville hospital with Rob's dad, keeping him comfortable and entertained.

Sunday November 27th- tried to go back on the wagon on Sunday, and had Tim Horton's Bagel with light cream cheese for breakfast, but then lunch turned into a cheat meal, as I had cheesy garlic bread, crispy chicken and bacon salad with ranch dressing, and no dinner (like I needed dinner) LOL ;) Still ended up pumping out a 20-minute workout, even though it was at 9 pm at night, and we were soo tired!!

Monday November 28th- I did Cardio Partyt 1 and 10 minutes worth of Cardio Party 2 (before I died), then off to Mom and Dad's for 2 days, so I had to be careful. At least I warned my Mom that I couldn't have junk food, and she was totally supportive of that. I had Fibre 1 cereal and milk for breakfast, Subway for lunch and a tuna sandwich for dinner. We also toured around St. Jacob's in the afternoon, and looked at all of the cute little gift shops.

Tuesday November 29th- I had half of a bagel with light peanut butter, Subway again for lunch, and "Worth every Penne' (I made my parents try it.. I think that the jury is still out for them.. but my Dad is a hard-core meat and potatoes kind of guy, so he is a hard sell). I went shopping with Mom and tried on a skirt in 9/10 that was too big, and the 7/8 was still a little big at the waist... what a new experience for me! I got back at 8:30 last night and decided to take tomorrow as my "off" day from working out, I will just workout on Saturday instead.

Wednesday November 30th- All caught up. I had the Fibre 1 cereal and milk again for breakfast, applesauce, Mission Impastable chicken pasta, a chocolate fudge "Just 2 points" Weight Watchers bar (which was pretty darned good!!) and 12 pieces of sushi. I did Turbo Sculpt and Ab Jam this morning, and really concentrated on squuezing the abdominal muscles. I also bought a new winter coat, a wool blend, black, 3/4 length coat in a size....6!!! That's right, a size 6 and it is not skin tight!!! I did a little happy dance around the apartment when I tried it on for Robbie. Last year, I was easily pushing a size 16... now I own a size 6!!!! :)

I'm getting so psyched for my next weigh in and pictures!! :)
