Day 320 One More Turbo!!

Robbie teaches tonight again, and I wonder how many Turbos he will have in his workout today? We also find out how many classes he will be teaching next week.. hopefully more! Tomorrow is weigh-in, and I hope I do well, fingers crossed!!

What I had to eat today:

Breakfast: Oatmeal (4 pts)
Snack: none
Lunch : Chicken sandwich from Quizno's (8 pts)
Snack: Can of V8 (1.5 pts)
Dinner: Turkey Sub (5 pts)
Total: 18.5 pts.

Day 319 A sore knee, filming a movie

At work today, we were filming a movie, and we learned how to be Bollywood dancers and how to move properly in 20 feet of sari fabric. I am so proud that I didn't fall!! Got home from work pretty late, and didn't workout because my knee had been really hurting me (it had started hurting late Tuesday).

What I had to eat today:

Breakfast: Oatmeal (4 pts)
Lunch: Chicken Breast, noodles, sauce (8 pts)
Snack: Handful of Carrots
Dinner: 1 glorious veggie samosa (between 5 and 10 pts)

Daily total: Hard to determine :(

Day 318 Wacky Wednesday

Went for a run on the treadmill tonight, and my knee was really aggravated by the time that I finished. But, I was on there for 1 hour and 9 minutes, had a heart rate if 152 bpm, and burned 563 calories... YEE HA!!!


What I had to eat today:

Breakfast: Oatmeal (4 pts)
Snack: none
Lunch : Chicken Sub from Subway (7 pts)
Snack: Can of V8 (1.5 pts)
Dinner: Soup and bread (4 pts)
Total: 17.5 pts.
