Day 104 ... day 11 of Turbo Jam aka REST DAY

"Heeeeyyyyyyy.. it's time to party!!!"

Today was my brother-in-law's birthday BBQ and I had a glorious day of bad food, including Chocolate covered Digestives and Marshamallows to make SMORES :) It was also our day off of workout, to give our bodies a bit of a break. I didn't lose any weight this week, but will try even harder next week. I think that we try some new workouts as well... this should be fun!!

Day 103 ... day 10 of Turbo Jam

Workout today was : 20 Minute Workout and Ab Jam and a chaser of half an hour on the elliptical machine, with a heart rate monitor.. I had it at almost 169 beats per minute at the peak of my exercising and burned 201 calories!!

What I had to eat:

Breakfast: Cereal and Milk (4 points)
Snack: Applesauce (1 pt)
Lunch: Chef Boyardee (7 pts)
Snack: Applesauce (1 pt)
Dinner: Jugo Juice (6 pts)

Total: 19 points

Day 102 ... day 9 of Turbo Jam

Cardio Party.. rocking it out again!!! Still no great skill at coordination, but getting better :) Goal for the week.... being able to get through the kicking segments, being able to keep up with Mindy.


What I had to eat today:

Snack: Applesauce (1 pt)
Lunch: Chef Boyardee mini ravioli (7 pts)
Snack: Mandarin Oranges (2 pts)
Dinner: Jugo Juice (6 pts)

Total: 20 points.

Day 101 .. day 8 of Turbo Jam

Back to the 20 minute workout and Ab Jam this morning... It's amazing how much sweat you can rid yourself of during a workout. I think it's getting a little easier than two days ago.. fingers are crossed!!!

Day 100.. day 7 of Turbo Jam

Cardio Party, why do I suck so much while doing you?? ROFL I suspect I might just be the least coordinated person on the face of the planet. I am still muddling through the workout, but I feel like the pink hippos in ballerina costumes from Disney's Fantasia LOL

Day 99 .. day 6 of Turbo Jam

This morning I did 20 minute workout and Ab Jam..... holy crap, was Ab Jam hard... even watching Rob do it in the evening hurt . I'd never even thought of punching while in the crunch position... I don't know if Chalene is a genius, or a masochist ;)

Day 98 .. day 5 of Turbo Jam

On Sunday, we threw on Cardio Party... Rob wanted to complete the exercises, and I really had to practice. I stil sucked though ;) I did replay the kicking segment though, and found that it was easier to do when I modelled my moves on Mindy, doing the more "low impact" edition.
