Day 27 ... moral of the story.... no fun food the day before a weigh in.
I am up a pound from last week, and that might be because I had a glorious feast on Sunday, or because I had some chips, pretzels, and homemade guacamole. Or maybe I'm growing muscle LOL
What I had to eat today:
Breakfast: Half of a bagel and cream cheese, one minibon from CinnabonLunch : huge cold-cut sandwich, Diet Coke and a handful of cookies.
Snack: Chips and shrimp and veggie kabobs
Dinner: Salad, chicken breast, potatoes, ice cream. Smirnoff Twisted Cranberry to drink.
Point Total: who knows?
