Day 167... weigh in update... back to 147.5

I'm so close to my goal, so glad that I eliminated any badness due to last weekend's alcohol, non-diet food, lack of sleep and lack of proper hydration. I really worked on Cardio Party 1 this week, and I felt like I was doing really well, but as I chose not to weigh myself after Launch to see how badly I had sabotaged myself... Ignorance is bliss, right? ;) We had a massage this morning and are going to watch the Maple Leafs game tonight with friends.

Day 165.. workouts continue (without heart rate monitor)

Third day of Cardio Party.. got to sleep in for a bit this morning, because I am working from 12-9 today. Cranked up the Cardio Party 1 and cranked up the sweat this time.. I resisted the urge to check what the scale said, as sometimes that can be a bit of a letdown when I'm trying to bounce back from a company event weekend (read.. copious free alcohol and not a lot of sleep or water) .

What I had to eat today:

Breakfast: Frozen fruit protein shake (5 pts)
Snack: Applesauce (1 pt)
Lunch: Chicken Stew (5 pts)
Snack: Mandarin Oranges (2 pts)
Dinner:Turkey Sub (5 pts)
Total: 18 pts.

Day 164.. the workout saga continues

Second day of Cardio Party.. I woke up with a hell of a headache this morning and had an upset stomach, so I napped for about half an hour before working out. I didn't even bother with the heart monitor this morning... I think I have a love-hate relationship with it, meaning "I love to hate it" ;)

What I had to eat today:

Breakfast: Frozen fruit protein shake (5 pts)
Snack: Applesauce (1 pt)
Lunch: Beef Ravioli (7 pts)
Snack: Applesauce (1 pt)
Dinner: Sushi (5 1/2 pts cuz Rob ate one)

Total: 19.5 pts

Day 163... I'm still here!

Well, I was off to a better workout this am (got through all of Cardio Party -- much better than yesterday!!) but I may have broken my heart rate monitor. OOOOPS . I also was supposed to work from 12-9 today, but I forgot, and went into work for 8:30.. doh!!! let's hope the rest of the week gets better.

What I had to eat today:

Breakfast: Frozen fruit protein shake (5 pts)
Snack: None (cause I was napping)
Lunch: Tuna Sandwich (6 pts)
Snack: Pomegranate seeds (2 pts)
Dinner: Turkey Sub from Subway (5 pts)
Total: 18 points.

Day 162... long time no write!

I had a company event this weekend, and I ended up taking Saturday and Sunday off of my workout. I also had to weigh in early (Friday) and I am happy to say that I was down to 147.5 . Let's hope I wasn't that bad this weekend... the only bad thing I had was Vodka and Redbull ;)

I felt like a steamroller had done its worse to me this morning, and only did the 20 minute workout. I didn't do particularly well on it, so I think that I will probably hit the hay early tonight..

Snack: Applesauce (1 pt)
Lunch: Chicken sub from subway (7 pts)
Snack: Tea and more applesauce (1 pt)
Dinner: Minestrone Soup
