Day 150... vacation equals hiatus from blogging

Well, we got back on the food and diet wagon yesterday (Tuesday) after gluttony, gorging and lazing about from Dec 24-26. It's amazing how crappy you feel after 3 days of non-healthy food and no workign out (unless you include taking the paper of presents) ;) The moral of the story is, we both ate properly yesterday and worked out as well, so we're off to a great start.
When I weighed in Saturday, I was up one pound to 148. I'm not going to beat myself up over 1 pound, as I historically nudge up and down from pound to pound. I will do my best this week, and see how the scale likes me by Saturday.

Our friend Elizabeth is here visiting us until Friday, and we're going sight seeing. We wandered around the neighbourhood and had a great time! I still tried to eat healthy as well, and did 20 minute workout in the afternoon.

What I had to eat:

Breakfast: Kashi GO Lean Crunch cereal (4 pts)
Snack: Granola bar (3 pts)
Lunch: Salad in a restaurant with vinaigrette dressing (no idea the points)
Dinner: Chicken Pizza (5 pts)
Total: approx 20 points.
